Why Should This Player Be Punished:
During a shootout with the police with my org, we were hiding the bodies from public view when two medics arrived. They DNA'd a body i had shot and i shot them because of it. I expected no backup to arrive since the shootout ended roughly 2 minutes ago and even if my org was still outside assisting with the bodies. Anyway when i shot the two medics the person asked: "Please dont hurt me" indicating he was under fear. I told him if he fuck's off then i wont hurt him. He then runs me over breaking 2.1 2.5 3.4 because he risked his life over someone he doesn't know and killing him which could have resulted in my org going after him and killing him since they witnessed it. I'm not sure but i also believe he picked up my AK 74u. He was not affiliated with us or with the people we were shooting at so he had no real reason to shoot me really. He was under fear and realistically would've fucked off in similar fashion to this guy

He claimed i told him i would blow his brains out if i didn't leave and that i threatened him meaning he lied in the admin situation
