Why Should This Player Be Punished: Player broke 3.4 and 2.1 as you can hear him telling the cuffed suspect to enter the vehicle repeatedly, even though he was being watched by my behalf and the other 2 SWAT, 2 officers on scene. He let the cuffed suspect inside and as of a result, I immobilized his vehicle, thus risking his life and the other suspect in cuffs.
