It was actually me that killed you, I’m Lewis Grossman. I had a clear shot on the woman on the right but you stuttered and I hit you (EDIT: I think you moved at the last second before I started shooting). It was an accident, I apologise.

The incident itself from the videos appears to be that you were caught in the crossfire when your friend tried to assist you, so it can be implied that it was an accident and as both @Leo and @Qyndryx stated above, it was an accident, so no action will be taken against them.​
