The gun was on my back, you didnt give me any orders an it was quite obvious that i was afk.

While 2.5 wasn't specifically violated, @Nade Alardin should've issued a verbal command before resorting to this level of violence. However, since you were visibly armed, it justifies his actions to a degree.

Just to clarify, being AfK/Idle does not protect you in any situation that may happen to you are whilst away. As such, before leaving insure that you are in a remote location that is less likely to cause you being involved in any type of RP situation. Or even better, disconnect until you come back.
