Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.3, 3.4, 3.6 - The first situation is where nade had somehow gotten on top of the RC building behind the PD, He used this advantageous position to shoot and me and then fall off the roof, There is no realistic way in which he could get on that roof.
For 3.4, 3.6 This is from @Janice , While in a shootout with his friends nade decided to cross the street and walk into a building which had active shooters which risked his own life as he put himself in the line of fire while in cuffs. This lead to Janice dying as he had to try and get nade back out and couldn't shoot because of him.
