Why Should This Player Be Punished?: He sniped me and @✪[Sky]-Nooni from scrapyard as a civ while cops were raiding Ethans property downstairs. I was crafting upstairs minding my own business. After shooting us they proceeded to try and raid us like ethan said below.

I'd like to add that him and his (alleged) boyfriend tried counter raiding cops after and both died without even getting the chance to hit me once. I'd like to add this violation of 3.4 as counter raiding cops is not allowed, especially if you do not have the capacity to follow through with the raid.

EDIT: I'd also like to add I think I saw Speedy and Nade doing E-RP in their Tesla earlier? They were like doing /me jerks you off and then telling each other how good they were and how good Olsen was or something? Idk. Just feel like they should be punished for 2.8.
