Why Should This Player Be Punished (& Evidence):

User in question violated multiple rules 3.3 3.15, 3.4 and 3.6

Aaron had intentionally baited and disclosed the information of his car's location as he was fully aware that we were going to seek revenge after he had backstabbed the harpers organisation. Aaron then proceeded to willingly set off the carbomb that was planted despite multiple friends telling him that it was planted and his justification for said actions was in order for him to create an AR.

3.3 Realistic Actions <This was meant to be 3.15 not 3.3>

"All actions a player makes must be done as realistically as possible, especially during combat; for example, when jumping up-to, or down-from somewhere, it must be done so slowly, carefully, and without resulting in injury to the player."

3.15 Vehicle Damage
"Players are not allowed to take action that is likely to lead to the damaging of their vehicle (except speeding within reason), or a vehicle belong to a friend unless they have a good/reasonable reason for doing so; for example, driving off-road on uneven terrain or intentionally driving into sides of buildings without good/reasonable

reason is not allowed. For a reason to be deemed as good/reasonable, the benefit of committing such actions must outweigh the drawbacks."

The benefit of commiting such action to both himself and his car lead to no benefits whatsoever other than to post an AR.

The user did not act in a realistic manner as he intentionally gave his car's location away in order for the car bomb to be planted. The user had full awareness that the organisation (Harpers) have been constantly looking for him to gain their vengeance after the accused user had backstabbed multiple members of said org. Not to mention, the user had a car worth approximately $4 million dollars alongside he voluntarily decided to set off the carbomb by starting to engine despite multiple people telling him that there's been a carbomb planted. Therefore, the user also did not act in a realistic manner seeing as he risked his expensive $4million car alongside his life.

(This is a POV from the user in question's phone messages)

It is clearly evident through this screenshot within the text messages that the user willingfully let the organisation after him car bomb his $4 million dollar car seeing as he had also given away his car's location and promptly set it off which is rather unrealistic in terms of the compensation for damages alongside risking his life.

3.4 Putting your Life at Risk

"Any actions taken by a player that may put their In-Character life, freedom from imprisonment or general well being at risk must be done so in a realistic fashion and for beneficial reasons."

Despite having full awareness that his car has been rigged the user in question still proceeded to set off the car bomb within the vehicle with justification that he wanted to post an AR.

Within this statement on OOC which was shortly followed after the user constantly spammed OOC and kept whining for a refund.

It is clearly evident that the user had full control of preventing the events of being carbombed but instead proceeded to risk his in-character's well being in order for OOC reasons in which case is to create an AR against me.

3.6 Stay Alive

"Typically, players must, at all times, do everything in their power to prevent and/or avoid their own death."

The user in question did not act accordingly to 3.6 as he willinfully set off the carbomb despite multiple individuals informing him previously that his car had been carbombed alongside messaging an org member of the Harper's to specifically get carbombed.

Additional notes:

The accused user already has a rather long recent record regarding the same offenses revolving around 3.4 and should be considered.

User then tried to charge me for compensations for the repair damages in-character and when asked why he had risked his life and bugatti user then responded with "Life is about taking those chances" which shows the user's disregard for his in-character's life.

'let them' is not the appropriate response when your 4 million dollar car is at stake. Getting in and setting it off was not appropriate at all.
