Why Should This Player Be Punished: I saw this person punching a guy afk in front of PD (2.1), in front of a cctv camera, and, i arrested him, after i do that, i gave him a chance to cooperate, by telling him to get inside my police cruiser, the man tried to escape.. in handcuffs. (3.3)
After that, i used /me actions and forced him inside the car, actions that he completely ignored (3.26) and tried to run away again.
After this the man just relogs to avoid being arrested (3.20), i found him 5min later near the PD again and i tried to talk with him, but in that moment he dced again.
And he also broke 1.1 by insulting me in looc, even tho i think thats not the matter here!
I would like to see this person getting punished please!

User has been banned permanently, as he did a similar thing earlier in the day which he was told not to do and clearly has no intention to play the server in a civil and fair manner.
