Why Should This Player Be Punished: User broke 3.4 by starting shooting at me with a Barreta M9, in front of 3 police officers. He did this because I wanted to give him a ticket for trespassing in an active crime scene. This resulted (ofcours) in imprisonment.

I watched the demo.

He broke 3.4 for shooting you, were multiple police officers where standing, he ran off and surrendered. He stalled roleplay by going AFK in the middle of a roleplay situation. 'Drag me so i can go to the toilet' so he broke rule 3.16 aswell.

If Black Mesa can confirm he wasn't AFK he still broke rule 3.26 /me functions.
