Why Should This Player Be Punished: First 3.4, He evaded us over a max 1K ticket.(He was not warranted or anything) And then when we found him later and were going to arrest him. he broke 1.1, He started harrasing us for Zoephix // James Kasey, being a furry. And me that I was a Weeb. He later even said that if he would massrdm he would go for all the furry's first and then all the weebs. He was also Metagaming because Zoephix's Profile Picture on steam is furry. He took it IC, and started harrasing us with that. So he took IC to OOC, and OOC to IC multiple times.
