Why Should This Player Be Punished: So I saw something going on infront of the PD, with one of my org. members involved, and there was a guy (Fredy) hitting people with a machete. He hit my friend (late at night, no cops), and I got out and gunned him down, and attempted to pick the machete back up, but I had a pistol so I couldn't hold it, and there were other people around, that had ran away as soon as I killed him, including my friend. So it was just me, and one other person (Caseus), and he picked up the machete a few times, and I demanded him to drop it, and after I thought he would finally leave it alone, I tried moving it away from him, but he started to try taking it. I threatened to shoot him multiple times, CLEARLY holding him at gun point, and I stepped on the machete so he couldn't grab it ICly, and of coarse, and charges at me, grabs the machete, and kills me with it, still at gunpoint. He clearly broke 3.4.
