Why Should This Player Be Punished: Player broke 3.4 Risking Your life by acting incoherently whilst under gunpoint. He claimed to have taken it out as he got out the car but as you can see in drive mode this was not the case, I approached him with my weapon in attack stance and he shouldn't have taken his weapon out and raised it; These actions led to his death.

I had like 7 bullets left and there was loads of cops, it would have made more sense to take him hostage as a means of escape because I had no chance of killing 4 more cops with that pistol without several more mags.
