She got the gun out of her trunk, she can't decide wether to not take it on her back or not... how about you explain why you shot her by the fucking PD?

As I was grabbing the weapon out of my trunk Marcus decided to gunpoint me, as Daymon said, I cant chose to stop taking the gun out because it doesn't give to option to do so. If you had done this when it wasn't nearly 4am in the morning cops would have probably shot the 3 of you down instantly.

At the time of @Marcus Hudson gun-pointing her, she was already retrieving her out of the trunk and as Daymon stated: you can't cancel taking the gun out while its equipping.

It's also not very intelligent to be gun-pointing someone outside of the PD where cops could more-or-less immediately respond and thus, Marcus would be risking your own life and freedom, so Marcus will receive a warning for 3.4.
