Before we get through here, I spoke to them and honestly don't think they should be punished, but we lost a fuckton of money and wish for it to be refunded. Again I don't wish for them to be punished.

Why Should This Player Be Punished:
They decided to attempt to mug us at Business Monorail, as we were delivering money to an NPC after bank robbery. This caused a shootout and caused one of them to shoot Daniel, My org member. They told us, they thought we were just selling drugs, as there is a NPC around there, however it's not inside again I understand the misunderstanding as we said nothing.

After they decided to run down Jacob Shelton Randomly, and fucking around with that, again they have apologised but me and Daniel lost 2 rifles, I lost a M4 with Compensator on, and my friend lost a 47, plus about 800K from bank that was delivered which we would've probably gotten about 15-20K for each, so all in all lost a fuckton of money aswell, and a third friend lost a mossberg too btw.

Also I want to point this out, they thought that we were going to sell drugs, so the mug they were doing was absolutely not to ruin anything for bank robbery or be douchebags(Talked with them), so again I really don't wish them to be punished, as this is more a unintentional rule break(Except of the last video, idk why they decided to run Jacob over), but about what we lost from that attempted mug, is what I wish to be able to get back. So again a last time I really don't wish them to be punished, and I'm sure they can explain their side of the story(I also spoke with Collier about what to do, to not get these guys punished as they really didn't intend to be dicks).
