Why Should This Player Be Punished: 1.1, This has occured in the past as well, he was talked to by staff for putting insults towards me in OOC. Right now its crossing a point to where I am actually done with him, I can accept insults towards me and usually ignore them. But he still continues doing it even after being talked to, some people need to learn from their mistakes.
