Why Should This Player Be Punished:
This is my first AR, by the way, so keep that in mind if there is anything that is lacking.
He was detained for pushing and punching me several times with the cop as a witness.
He was told to leave several times aswell.
He then got his friend to drive up to him, so he could jump in and get away, which he did.
I do not know the rules that well when it comes to paragraphs, but I guess it would be a twist of 3.19, and 2.1, as he would not be able to get into the car with his cuffs on, and he was still being questioned by the policeman within a good range.
I know that you have a rule that functions as "fearRP" on other servers, so that would maybe be the one.
Evidence:
I was told by a moderator that I could post this, and that I did not need to know his/her steamID, as you would be able to find this!
