Why Should This Player Be Punished:While I was out as a probationary officer, I had just been revived by a medic near the hospital since me and my partner were outnumbered when seeing what was happening at the bank. (possible robbery distraction for a raid at slums) after I was revived, Marcus decided to punch me. I then handcuffed him and began to ticket for for 9.1 Physical Assault. In LOOC he started writing messages such as "Im sorry for hitting you" "wrong button" "misslick". After I handed out the ticket he then said in LOOC "remove the ticket" "I told you it was a misslick" "idiot" this is a clear violation of 1.1 since he disrespected me out of char in LOOC by calling me an idiot. (I made a report and Cole told me that he dc/ed shortly after.

After reviewing my demo. You can clearly see that the user tried to hit me a 2nd time after the first (straight after he hits me and I turn around). So this is indeed was not a 'misslick'.
