Why Should This Player Be Punished: Heard a deagle shot in the area and I decided to go to bazaar to check it out, saw this guy at the city bridge running across the highway without valid reasoning thereby breaking 3.4 and then when I approached him and detained him, I searched him and found a load of drugs and the desert eagle that was discharged, when he found out that I knew he had drugs on him he decided to go AFK and then disconnect to avoid losing his valuables therefore breaking 3.20.
