Why Should This Player Be Punished: Pulled out a pistol under gunpoint as a cop, I was shouting at him to get down on the ground while he was in his car, his excuse is that he was behind the car when he got out and pulled the pistol when he is clearly under my gunpoint in the demo, but he still pulled out the gun which is the cause of me opening fire at him and losing. We clearly saw him in the interseptor before we ran over the SWAT, he never was out and he claims we were never knew he was there, when I swipe to gunpoint him knowing he was there.

Tick: 42000 when me and Liam arrive, he runs over the SWAT and kills one cop, then I quickly go to gunpoint the officer inside the speed enforcer interseptor which is microwave cat, but he does cooperate and start opening fire, after I die Liam gets him.
