Why Should This Player Be Punished:
Essentially executed me while performing /act surrender after a shootout with police. While performing this act, I was crouched and my hands were clearly visible at this time. User has broken rule 4.0 and 4.4 by misuing his firearm.
Previously, I had shot an officer in the face and pegged it towards Subs 3 and hopped through the fence. After trying to get a sweater to stop his mini, I decided that surrendering was my best chance of survival. I used /act surrender and crouched. Several officers including Harry came along and formed a firing squad against myself resulting in my unjust death as I had surrendered. It is also worth noting that I said via voice chat "Don't shoot, I surrender" during the whole episode.
