Police officers were aiming their weapons at the person (At ze gates)

Why Should This Player Be Punished: PooStain - 3.4 He was running from the police for speeding and reckless driving (As seen in the video), At the gates he gets gun pointed, the police officers are yelling him to get on the ground, instead runs away. He then opens fire on officers over what appears would be a ticket, killing officers and me.
CENGOLE- 3.4 Opened fire upon police officers for no reason at all.
