Yes, but the difference is that he acted under law 2.1 and the officer is not retarded and sees that himself too. He didn't finish you, the officer had his cuffs out so what the person recording did was absolutely fine and not breaking any rules, you would've probably killed him too if he didn't pull a gun.

The Officers paid no attention to his comments. Also, they couldn't prove it, so your instinct was to murder someone in front of their very eyes instead, giving them an actual reason to arrest or even shoot you? This is obviously unacceptable.
