Why Should This Player Be Punished: 2.5 Tried to kill me over snitching to cops that he had a gun on him. He failed resulting in his death. If he had succeeded he would be warranted for murder over something that didn't warrant a reaction of that magnitude.

because I was shooting at cops and ran , then when the other cops shown up he snitched and said it was me that shot and had reloaded my gun ?

You shot a single cop once, I said you reloaded a gun in my store and that just resulted in your gun being confiscated. There wasn't a shootout when you killed me, you came back and did it.
