Why Should This Player Be Punished: User broke 3.4 Ran off from me under gunpoint, had apparently threatened to kill a medic after pulling out a shotgun at the hospital and calling out 'Alex Mills' who was a medic at the time. User was chased down, stopped next to the start of Cornfields Road where he was gun pointed and decided to run off. He originally said he saw the gun by saying 'Why you point a gun, what the fuck' then he changed his mind when I said he broke 3.4 by saying he never saw it. Evidence has been provided within a YouTube Link.

I was the medic that reported him to the police, he metagamed my name from a previous incident where he also broke 3.4 by assaulting me and trying to steal a weapon from a crime scene with loads of police nearby, after he metagamed my name he went round to the hospital and looked at the name on my vehicle and pulled a shotgun out and started threatening me and my partner, him and his accomplice immediately sped off towards the suburbs where this video [Above] took place.
