Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.4 - Driving away while under gunpoint.
Evidence: Video of demo, as I forgot to turn Shadowplay on.
As you can't see the names in the video: The death happened at approximately 2016-12-07 20:45 GMT. Here is a screenshot of the same person and car from a later shadowplay.
At 0:20, just out of shot, an officer is knocked unconscious by Tom's vehicle.
As I was at the scene of a murdered LEO, and had a suspect in custody, I was afraid that we might be under attacked again, so I raise my pistol to the vehicle and told him to get out of his vehicle. (There's no sound on my part, but you can see me talking at the top left, and the Thompson responding with why?")
I then repeat my demand, but he drives away with my gun was still pointed at him.
