Why Should This Player Be Punished: User shot me as a cop for running away from him while he was trying to cuff me. Later on he respawned after I killed him just to break nlr and try to arrest me. He then broke 3.24 when the LT showed up. (note that when he respawned and after, I dont have a demo but the LT has @WindwartDrop90 )
