Why Should This Player Be Punished: Broke 3.4 by pulling a gun in the alleyway next to the bank after i pulled a gun with the intent to tie him up and give us a chance to escape. Also after realising i had pulled a gun, realising he had no cover, before i had even shot a bullet ( without the intent to ) decided to take cover behind @Samuel, who was a detained civilian, before pulling out his weapon.

@ceriedwardsx made a report in-game about Tomiko possibly pulling his gun at gunpoint and using @Samuel as cover (who was a civillian) so that he could pull his gun out. After discussing the details @Tomiko said that he had a demo to prove that he was in the right to pull his gun out and didn't intend to take cover behind samuel it just looked like he did it, therefore Dai to make an action request and told Tomiko to upload his POV to it.
