Topic: Armor for civilians



Short explanation (in notes):
- civilians can buy armor
- armor will not be cheap
- medics/firefighters/delivery man/roadcrews can't have it

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
Becouse it is realistic and it gives us a chance against heavy armed SWAT.



Optional additions:
- An armor will have 100 points and it will take only 20 points for pistol shot 30/40 points for shotgun shot and 50 for assault rifles.

You have to be more specific. And a normal armor normal police units use (atleast in Germany) gives protection against pistols only. A shotgun, or a assault rifle would blast through without problems. So I think it should be, very, very weak. Like one pistol shot, and it is useless.
