Description of the idea:
Add balloons to PERP.
Balloons should work as such:
- A pack of balloons are crafted or purchased.
- When you look at a surface and place a balloon, you place a balloon string on the object that you are looking at.
Balloons should pop when shot or attacked, and should wear down after time. Balloons should be draggable with fists, in which case the string holding them can be removed by dragging and throwing it whilst standing away from it.
Laws regarding balloons can already be covered by existing littering and vandalism laws.
Why should this be added? (pros):
- Decoration items for events, parties, mayoral inaugurations, etc.
- good display item for businesses
- Aim training in the woods at 3AM
- already in default gmod.
- Could be used for shooting related events.
What negatives could this have? (cons):
- Could be annoying or spammed.
- Performance issues?
