Let me shed some light on the situation: I found myself face-to-face with another player who had their weapon drawn. In the heat of the moment, I shot him. (I only killed one person as someone else had killed the other two), Looking back, I realize this wasn't the right thing to do, and I deeply regret this action.
I fully acknowledge the violation of 2.5 and 3.2, and I've taken the time to delve into the server rules to gain a better understanding. It's clear to me now how vital it is to maintain a positive and fair environment for everyone.
