Why should this appeal be considered?: *I really DONT want this appeal to be bundled in with all the other ones cause of V6 since i would've done this ethier way*
(I wrote this on the 20th of June i was out of the country for a personal reasons)
On the 17 of this month last year (June 17 2024) i was banned for cheating i was chilling in the parking lot in PH i was in my room with my friend on speaker and saw the ban message on my monitor
Then msged Efan/A1L to speak abt the ban to them in which i sent 2 demos foward to them in which they ultimately decided the ban was valid
(My ban is linked with Franko and seke since we were both using the same stupid program)
After that i was really confused and during the entire DM exchange i was taken back and caught with words
I then made a appeal that was declined by Peeps which started another DM exchange and then tried to get into contact with Courier which also ultimately failed
Later on Nazeer aslo tried to play a helping role for the three of us in DMs but in the end he made that infamous reply to Seke's which saw him get permad aswell to try to sort some of this out and snitch not only us but himself
So far i have tried to state the facts from a third person view
I first joined the sever in August of 2023 with one of my friends THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!
Me and my friend were bored on gmod and were joining random servers and then stumbled onto perp
We enjoyed it and had a great time but with a key difference from the other members.
We were cheating i had memoriam and so did my friend a old free Russian cheat older then time itself i used its wallhacks and entity hacks to gain a advantage from the other players
Back then i was very selfish and did not think abt how this may be ruining other people experiences..
I went to bed early since i had a family gathering to go to the next day and let my friend on theyre own in wich i woke up by being told he was permad which shook me
Since atp i was enjoying the server i did sadly cheat again cause (dumb selfish 14 year old) Thankfully the cheat stopped working on its own otherwise i would've definitely got caught and coundt have met the people i did and get the memories i have made
(incriminating myself!!)
I started playing the server legit until i started hanging around the wrong crowd and they told me the wonders!!! of crosshairs!!! (it made my game slower) i installed it cause i was for some reason convinced the majority of pvpers were also on it which is really stupid
I then got introduced to WORLD MODELS or whatever they were called you would change the gun colors for other people Aswell so you can spot them more easily
I used timer resolution which gave less latency on CS i don't know if it worked for perp but ey i used it anyways
I would msg my friends on steam or discord telling them where i had died or asking them where i have died stalked the location in which i had nlr and gave info from time to time
I was a RAT but thankfully not as much as few people i played with
Oh and also hudsight.... ugh
Im trying to say i was dumb naive and went with the wrong crowd most of the people i played/knew from perp with are perma banned and now alting on the sever every once and again i do not have contact with them anymore
Which brings me to another point IMPROTANTE~!!!!
I was planning on alting!! i i was asking people abt payed vpns to get i found a website to get steam games with codes so theyre cheaper i was planning to get one of my friends steam account so i could buy gmod on a legit account but wallahi i dont know what go to me
Mabye i acctually matured and grew i pair i relized how dumb i was i didnt enjoy perp cause of the countless screaming abt failed raids
I enjoyed sitting in bazaar and gambling and then having a laugh abt how much i gain or lost
I enjoyed talking with my guns dealer (Grace,Kevko) and catching up abt actual real life stuff
I enjoyed the dumb events where you got slimed out by someone you called a friend
basically how could i actually enjoy the server if i wasn't even do the things that made it so memorable for me
If i alted it would just be a absolute waste of money and would hurt the server and not worth it
I wanted to alt cause in some way i felt cheated?
I cant explain it but now i realize that i was the cheater all along (no pun intended)
And i did fight this ban with teeth and nail at the start but i see that now it makes me seem like a cretin
I have matured grown as a person over the past years in which I've learned I'd like to say a few things wrong abt the way i acted in wich i have changed since it mostly effected the people most close to me
I would say im more mature and thoughtful then a year ago or 2 years ago which is what matters most in a person if they're better now then they're past self
The ban was valid no matter when i did do it so it was wrong for me to fight it im sorry to each staff member which i bothered and hassled.
Ive changed as a person and believe that if i were to join the perp community now i might have a somewhat positive impact on it BUT I KNOW it will have a positive impact on me!

Im willing to accept any strict term/pc checks/harsher punishment since i am certain something like this will never happen again
