Why should this appeal be considered?: It's already been a horrendous week without perp. I feel a horrendous amount of guilt with that unnecessary disgusting joke made against the Police officer. I wish i could've taken back my word's and be quiet while He/She/Apache-Helicopter made the arrest. I am also sincerely sorry that i made the report last longer than it should have. I hope that you @flugs may have the mercy to consider this apology, and i am sorry to the Police officer that had to experience that unnecessary disgusting joke that was made.
