Why should this appeal be considered?: At first I thought it is a good idea to go to projex and join my friends while basing and as I got there I saw that it is a raid on going. I got out of my car and waited to see when the situation was over, as I no longer heard shots and I didn't see no potential threat around me while checking 10 times before picking the gun, I went ahead and picked it up then got shot. Yes I understand the 3.4 rule and also the 1.6 I have been playing on hard roleplay servers all of my life and never got banned once for non-rp situations like this, I guess text based roleplay servers on other games are harder to get banned on IDK. Second, the one that I got extended because I wouldn't get out of the car at GP, I wasn't even driving the car as Bob was driving it, the officer's mic as you can hear in the video it's volume is so low I think only him can hear himself. I am very sorry for the situation I have been put I know I have a lot of days as playtime and I know the rules, actually all of them since I come from hard roleplay servers, not even semi-serious or RPGs. We always do mistakes as humans, I know we can get punished but we are not robots to function perfectly and in the second situation to be honest I have seen a lot of in real life actions of people running away in the car as being under GP and then that became a shootout. It's a matter of a thing that you would've done in real life too as trying to evade life sentence or whatever it is, your first thing in mind is ESCAPE. Again, I think this should be considered because I really know how to roleplay and from 15 days of play-time I know the server rules, even the ones mentioned above which are the easiest to avoid, I am really sorry because in my head at first I didn't even think about it one second on the second situation with the police officer.
