Why should this appeal be considered?: I was banned Not long ago for 1 week For 3.4(yes i know i have a bad record for 3.4 i never realised before)

The link below shows me waiting near the gas station above the stairs , as my NLR timer at the top did not say i was near or close i thought waiting here would be acceptable so i could wait out the 3 minutes then return to my house which was Projex AP2

I do not remember who banned me (an enforcer) but he said this was way to close to be as i shouldn't be watching raid.

I had died about 2-3 minutes before this and there was no gun fire so i had no clue the raid was still occurring .
Some context before this is the Guy in white was at the bottom of the stairs and when i saw he with a gun you can i see i backed up as i realised the raid was occuring still and didn't want to get involved , he ran up the stairs towards be asking me to keep walking back as i did before an admin slayed me for being to close to the scene

I know this will most likely be denied as i only just got back from a 3.4 ban yesterday , however you can see my intention here was not to break rules and i was just trying to stand At what i believed was a n appropriate distance (before realising they was still raiding in which time i then backed up).

as i mentioned , The NLR timer at the top did not indicate i was to close so i thought the distance between me and my last death LOC was acceptable

Im sorry i hope you take this apology serious as i did not do this with any intent

Additional Information: Original Ban says i delayed the guy but he kept saying to keep walking backwards which i was doing , i was just confused why he kept following me while i was walking backwards
