Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to surrender after being given multiple chances to do so, this resulted in his death.
Why should this appeal be considered?: i believe i kept it realistic at all times i was just trying to explain to him that i wasn't involved in what happened and i had just got there that's why i didn't run.
I'm trying to talk to him and someone next so i just wasn't thinking of putting my hands up as i didn't think he would shoot me in my head for it he could have tazed me or even cuffed me but he straight shot me in my head he didn't feel the need to report me or even say anything and he is a staff member and i also believe he even apologised for shooting me when the medic got me up.
i made the report on him because me and others thought it was slightly rdm so i just thought he could be new or not no the rules so well so i reported him just so he knew not to be trigger happy etc .
the person who dealt with my report seemed more concerned i had reported a staff member as the only thing he was saying was why didn't i put my hands up i tried to explain that it was because i was trying to explain to him i wasn't involved and annoyed that he was telling me to put my hands up what he just went passed and said i reported a staff member its my fault.
i also believe this rules needs to be looked over
as he is a cop not a criminal and i shouldn't have to fear him like i would a a thief etc with a gun sticking my hands up. its almost like saying i cant run from the police or if I'm running from them if they tell me put my hands up with a gun i have to immediately stop its also about being realistic witch i was realistic at all times as people go through these exact same situations in real life and if was in my pov would do the same thing
he finished it of saying something about me reporting a staff member and i replied he replied to me and before i could even press f6 he banned me.
i fully understand what i have done and im sorry i just feel it should be looked over as i was being realistic and a gun should not have been shot.
i really enjoy perpheads and it is 1000% the best gmod serva out here everyday i come in hre open my shops and try give the best prices to the community
