Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5 - Got in an argument with someone that resulted in getting punched twice. Reacted by executed them at the front of the PD despite the victim surrendering. Also injured a random bystander in the process.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I think that this ban should be considered because I am really sorry for my actions and the guy was punching me and my friend and after i told him to put his hands up he refused so i thought that i am allowed to shoot him. I accidentally shot somebody else in the procces.
I shot the guy in front of the PD because I was defending myself and my friend and i even called emergency services because i was turning myself in.
Additional Information: The guy was trying to kill me even after i pulled out my gun and did not put his hands after i told him to.
