Why were you banned/blacklisted?: I started a report and sent a clip to the admin because some guy mugged my friend in an unmuggable area and he had already tried to mug me before in the middle of the street in an unmuggable area, he asked me to put my hands up in the middle of the road but I didn't comply and I told him you're not allowed to mug me here you can't mug me here then the kid shot me and his other friend started shooting me so I got in my car and tried to run them over, I got one then I picked up his pistol and hid in a corner, during the whole thing another guy came up right where the dudes friend was so I shot him because I thought it was the guys friend that was shooting at me I don't know why he would come over here when we were just shooting but it was really fast like I really thought it was him you can see in the clip it happened in moments, even when you watch the clip you can see I thought it was that guy even afterwards, I only realised when the admin asked why I killed the other dude During this whole thing I was speaking to my friends on discord who were also on the server, I have never been aware of what metagaming even meant until now I thought it was an expression like "this gun is the new meta for this game" so I apologised for that because it was my bad, I genuinely was not aware that was a rule, I wouldn't incriminate myself by putting a clip with me breaking a rule if I knew that was a rule. the admin says the "mugging went wrong" but that's a really nice way of putting it considering the kid has been doing it all day to random people. I was also refusing to tell the admin the name of my two friends that were on discord with me, I apologised when he told me I was metagaming and I told him I wouldn't do it again, I didn't even realise that was a thing. But he told me if I told him their names he wouldn't ban me just warn me and put my friends on a metagaming list but I thought it was a bit unfair since this was all brought about because I showed the admin the video and now my friends are getting in trouble, I hope you can understand why I wouldn't say my friends names, we don't intentionally break rules I think the admins their know that but we are new so it's a bit hard to get used to certain things like I've never played an online game with friends without using some sort of other software like discord or skype, it's fun and new and I would really like to start playing that way, like no one had told me before, I know I'm the one who's meant to remember and understand the rules but like I said it's hard to read and remember every single thing. I think I should've been warned for it not banned...
Why should this appeal be considered?: I honestly don't believe it's worth banning me for 3 days I think it's a bit excessive considering I was the one who sent you the clip and every rule I broke I was unaware because of the intricacies of each of the rules, the kid who was breaking rules all day mugging people only got a warning... I think that's a little ridiculous, fair enough I did metagame but none of us knew what that meant I thought it was what I was saying before, we're from Scotland so maybe it's different but either that's not what metagaming means in Scotland or I'm thinking of two different things. I got a 3 day ban without a warning not to do it again, I really don't think it's fair to ban me without warning me first, there's a lot of rules it's hard to remember everything I'm sure you guys know that too but a 3 day ban when that kid gets a warn is so excessive I think, please consider what I've said as I love to play on perpheads, It's the only server that actually does RP well without the same boring map and the same money printer idea of making money.
Additional Information: I apologise to Aqua for being disrespectful in the report but we both used words like f*ck, not just me, I was only disrespectful when he moved on from why the report was made and went on to talk about how I'm gonna get in trouble for breaking rules when I was the one who made the report, I know it's not an excuse but I'm just trying to give an accurate statement of what happened, I really like your server and hope you guys can unban me.
