Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.2, 3.4 - The user acted upon a search message, to go help his friend getting mugged. He then went back to the area where he killed someone to get guns, kept loitering in the area.
Why should this appeal be considered?: First of all, I do approve that I did break 3.2, I used the chat as a way of knowing my friend was getting mugged. When I ran after curak with an ak, i started to shoot him. Unfortunatlly with my shit aim I hit about 2 shots but didnt kill him. A medic ran him over with his ambulance at the intersection from business shops to bazaar. There was no DNA of me killing him and the medic didnt even bother taking DNA he just revived him. I went back to my friend and gave him the weapon curak stole from him and came back within 10 to 20 seconds and took a SW Model 500 from the ground and went back into my shop. curak told me that he could have snitched but there was no dna proving that i killed him. I stayed in my shop for a while then curak and some of his friends raided me.
