Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4 - User shot at a police vehicle for no reason. When the officer pursued, the user ignored gunpoint when the officer approached the suspect with his firearm in attack stance. Extended due to accepted AR

Why should this appeal be considered?: I feel like the initial ban is fair as I did shoot at the car for no reason, this is mainly about the extension, so the officer that I accidently hit with my car I had told him too move from infront of my car multiple times and on about the 3rd time off asking he still didn't move, I believe I had got my punishment for what I was initially being pulled over for, after asking the officer too move himself multiple times he still hadn't moved, I then started my car and then waited another second or 2 for him too move, he still hadn't moved so I started too go forward, I didn't hit him at speed at all it was about 5mph, the officer probably would off been up too 100 health without having too use a stim pack or anything. I feel like this is all I have got too say as I believe the initial ban is completely fair.

The escalation was completely unnecessary. Regardless of any other previous infraction the police had given you, each incident is treated on its own merits and thus so is sentencing. You moved an incident which at best would have given you 4 years (but unlikely as majority of 12.12 incidents are ticket and forfeit of assets anyway) immediately to 8 years and a $7,000 fine. The officer only wanted to have a word with you; yes it is an inconvenience but equally that does not give you the right to knock them over - and then when they want to come and speak to you about it, for you to attempt to kill them.
