Why should this appeal be considered?: Well i dont think its against the rules or anything let me explain my point of view. I came out from my apartment building and i saw a guy hiding behind a van at the end of the stairs leading up to the parking lot. I heard sirens so he was clearly shooting at police officers but at the time he was just hiding so i assumed all the officers got killed and he is there alone now i saw the dead body of his teammate. He had an m4a1 with a sight on it. I quickly pressed ctrl and hid under a tree so he wouldnt see me from his point of view and then slowly approached when i was at the distance where i knew i would hit him for sure i aimed my gun at his head and shot. I was banned for breaking the rules 2.5, 3.4 i dont recon breaking the rule 2.5 thats just pure nonsense and i admit that the 3.4 rule like i would normaly fear my life but i had a gun and i had the advantage over him he couldnt see me i could he wasnt looking at me i was he wasnt aiming at me i was. So it was just a clear shot. In real life if i had a gun and someone was being a serious threat near my residence where i live and the police wouldnt be able to do anything about it and i knew i wouldnt get harmed i would act and do the same thing.

| 2.5, 3.4 - User shot someone who was actively shooting at cops, their reason for doing this was they believed the player could have shot them, whilst this was true, they should have just left if they thought this was the case but they instead endangered their life and engaged with a shootout whilst cops were in the area. |
