Why should this appeal be considered?: Because i was banned unfairly
the moderator banned me for some mistakes i made when another mod already warned me and they wanted to force me to read the entire rules, im trying my best to do rp and i dont see this as a fair reason to get banned for a month, theres people cheating not getting banned, also the moderator was rude, i never said i will repeat the same mistakes. i will read the rules when i have spare time also i can learn them as i play so no reason to have me banned for a month.

I just got into garrys mod and rp and this isnt the way you guys should treat newcomers!

If anything, I wasn't going to ban you at all. I was about to give you a warning when you said, "Because I can't bothered to read some stupid rules." Learning the rules is required to play on the server. And you bringing cheaters into this situation is confusing since if someone was cheating, I'd like to see some type of evidence.

I understand by using the word stupid i made it look like i dont respect the rules and will keep braking them, i meant most laws are common sense and i thought i can manage without reading them, i will take a look through the laws and rules asap, will be glad if i get unbanned

I just made some traffic mistakes and apparently you are not allowed when you work as car person, i dont deserve being banned for a month.

i was trying my best to rp and you were really agressive and didnt let me play and then banned me without even giving me a warning, thretening me in the messages that you will take further action and saying i dont give you a choice when i was minding my own business.

now im telling you i will read the rules and you are trying to extend this into an argument.

You need to clarify if this is a dispute or an apology. Dispute if you feel like to ban was not correct. Apology if you admit to breaking the rules, saying that you are sorry.

If you just want to complain about the ban length, and a moderator abusing his powers then make a staff complaint.

Your banreason and length have been changed by administration. We don't believe the ban is invalid as you admit to breaking serverrules. During your ban I do recommend you taking a look at the rules since it's quite important if you don't want to be banned again! If you break any rules, even if you don't meant to, that's entirely your own fault, even more so as you made it clear you don't really want to read them. If you have any questions about certain rules you can always ask the community or make a F6 once you're unbanned.

For future reference, if you believe a punishment to be excessive please make a staff complaint on the administrator that issued said punishment, as disputes are only if you believe you've been punished for something you didn't do.
