Why should this appeal be considered?: i didnt hear or see the guy who was mugging bc i was lagging and i thougt it was the people down stairs talking and when you look at the video you can see that i was just standing still and thats couse there was that kick count down bc i have bad network i know thats not how it works but ask ibrahim he knows i was lagging
