Why should this appeal be considered?: my friends mic stoped working so I got in discord to ask what was going on and we couldent fix it so we muted cuz we were running out of time to deliver the money, we waisted time driving around looking for the spot (I dont know if there is a time limit) then I hit the rong buttons trying to tell johnny to run and put my hands up at the same time and I thot I was in TeamSpeak WE WERE MUTED IN DISCORD you can hear the static from johnnys mic when its unmuted, so you can tell he was muted

Additional Information: I really enjoy playing here, Iv had a really shity year and this sever make my days better and fun, I just became cop tonight, I really have been doing better and havent been warned in a good bit I read the rules agen

Since this is a dispute, I won’t have any say regarding the outcome, but Ill leave this here; I warned you numerous times about how using discord will get you in trouble. Even earlier in the day, you uploaded some footage for a report and were metagaming. You told me you would just stop using discord as it’s clearly going to get you in trouble. Not even 24hrs later you upload more footage of you metagaming. I don’t think you understand how serious we take metagaming. I gave you AMPLE opportunity to just shut down discord and play properly and you didn’t.

Provide some sort of evidence that you were muted in discord, the video evidence other than the one you have provided, shows you saying not in-game saying 'Johnny come down here' then saying 'Johnny don't come down' after you were gun-pointed by TFU, can you explain that? From the evidence provided we have come to the conclusion that you were metagaming, after being gunpointed by a tactical firearms officer you decided to inform your friend with the use of a third-party software not to come down. However, your friend disregarded this and went down anyways.

If you disagree with the ban length, you'll have to create a staff complaint.
