2.5: Pulling me away from NPCs, I was going to go to the NPCs to buy stuff.
5.1: Said he will mug me at the gas station, then dragged me all the way to scrapyard. He sort of mugged me at the gas station which is a public place.
ps: Ethan has also attempted to bribe me saying he would embarrass me if I posted a br, and tbh I dont give two shits ethan.

+Support he clearly needs to revise his knowledge of rules about mugging and public places, I think he should get a warning and Insane should get a refund of items he lost.

Well first of all, it wasn't a bribe. I told you that it wasn't and stated reason ingame.

Well, Belinskys had just killed the entire police force and I dealt with all the NPCs and cameras. And I had cleared out projex after killing the last 2 cops hiding there so I knew the entire area was safe. And even if anyone did call, the cops wouldn't respond for a long time.

Also, I mugged you in the scrap yard after gunpointing you all the way. We could have gone quicker if you hadn't decided to walk and not jog.

We're in a war as far as I know, declared by your friends. And it's not 2.5 if I drag you away from NPCs.

Cant comment but anyways; Ethan if you just killed the whole PD and so on you should not stay at the area as more cops would turn up, then I mean like 100 cops so to be honest there is no reason for you to drag the civilist away even though he may have seen it all it does not matter as cops would be on their way and you would not have time to stick around for that long

As stated already, they are in a war with us as declared by them by spraying into our base and then raiding us. I mugged them because I was in that org before so I recognise them. I also recognised that they would call the cops if I let them ago. So I mugged them, I never killed them.

Does not matter if you has these people around you as there would be snipers, AR-15's and so on... Even though you were at war that does not mean you can stop by and mug him. Also just throwing this out from what Swiper said once; if you're getting raided by cops and you manage to kill them all pack your things up and go, that means 15 people does not have the time to help you not mug the guy

I doubt in 5 minutes the whole army is going to be there. It would have been easier if he didn't stall RP. To be honest if he didn't want mugged why would he come to a place where he knew his enemys had just killed all the cops. It's asking for trouble.

His org specialise in mingey tactics like walking into our base with life alerts. I think this is another tactic.

So you basically mean that you shot down all cops within 5 min? For some reason I dont believe that. A sniper would still be there also not the military but SWAT. Please understand the fact that you wouldn't have time to mug someone… you were giving the cops more time to arrive... And dont blame it on himstalling the rp when this situation shouldn't have existed in the first place. Even though some mods were there that does not matter mistakes do happen and they will probably be told about it later. Anyways I would like @Ash to wait for me to get home so we can discuss this

After reviewing what happened, I believe that Ethan didn't act upon the correct actions. After killing the NPCs around and shooting the cameras, I am sure that you would leave the scene as soon as possible as more police would be arriving yet Ethan decided to waste time and actually gunpoint someone else.

In addition, the car dealer NPCs witnessed the whole situation- however because the police were dead that may not have effected it that much- yet still did.

All in all, Ethan will be banned from the server for a week simply because the user has shown dedication to changing, yet got himself into another situation and took the road for the worst.​
