Why Should This Player Be Punished: He prusuted me, i then stopped my car and pointed my gun at him. Before he leaves his car he sits in there for a while then pushes hes panic and leaves the car. You can see him typing something inside hes car so i belive he wrote /panic, instead of having a keybind for it. Then after being shot he runs off even if hes tied up. If you go in drive mode right after i shot him, you can see him running to hes car.
