Why Should This Player Be Punished: After chasing Roy in a highspeed chase, we eventually stopped him and held him at gun point, as you can clearly see in the demo. I told him to get out of the car (you may not be able to hear this however he did mock me after I said, which you will hear), yet he completely ignores this and continues to reverse away, breaking Rule 3.4 (Putting your Life at Risk). The reason I shot at him twice after he drove away at gunpoint was because he, in my opinion, was a threat to other peoples life. He was driving extremely recklessly and had to be stopped as soon as possible.
