I was there, then i was in a pursuit with my car to that roadcrew. I got him in around the AM/PM. I said him that he cant just do that. And that he cant patrol as roacrew. Then he said sorry and he resigned the job :/

The evidence given clearly shows both of them breaking the rules, regardless of the apologies from Luke Nolte.
Reason for the bans will be of course stated in the descriptions of the bans.
Tim will be banned and so will Luke.
