-Once you've bought a certain clothing, then you should be able to wear it whenever you like.
-Makes it a lot cheaper to have a new set of clothing.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
Being able to take off and put back on clothes whenever you like without being charge if bought already. This means, that it will be a lot cheaper to get a set of new clothes, if you don't have to buy everything all again. For example, taking off a 50k top hat, if you want it back you should be able to get it back for free without being charged as it will just be a massive waste of money.
