Main idea:Being able to become SWAT before you become cop.
Description: Currently, you have to wait an hour to get a swat job. I believe this can all be solved if you don't have to be cop to become SWAT.
Pros:
1. less annoying when you crash and have to beg for your job back.
2. Easier to get the job.
3. Makes more use of the VIP job, as people just become cop sometime's because, they don't have to wait an hour.
Cons:
It's not completely realistic, as you're not going through the stages of being cop to become SWAT as in real life you have to be specially trained as a cop.
