Allen is a long time, bitter member of the community who after getting tired from dealing with customers at his cashier job comes and takes it out on new players crossing intersection.
Franko is some random that played on the fact that server needs staff.
Peeps is some random that played on the fact that servers need staff, but he was smart and also mentioned he's in the American timezone ensuring his success. (apologies for the mistake he wasn't smart or american)
Haris was hired by Tyla Jai and he's shit.
Sidd was not supposed to be accepted but they denied him so many times that they felt bad and took pity on him after deciding that server really does need staff that desperately.

With all this in mind, my vote is Haris - besides awful suggestions, he is well connected and probably the best among the bunch.
